Stress

Are you struggling to keep up with growing demands or cope with life’s challenges? Everyone experiences some stress from time to time but excessive amounts of stress for long periods can not only negatively affect our mental health and wellbeing, but also as our physical health and immune system. If you are feeling exhausted, irritable, frustrated, and overwhelmed you might be experiencing a high degree of stress. I provide online support and therapy for stress.

What is Stress?

Stress is your body’s reaction to demands and occurs when a person feels overwhelmed or unable to cope because of pressures that are unmanageable. It is often experienced in times of uncertainty, big life events, or because of daily stressors.
